How we work
The idea behind the company is simple: you should know what a repair will cost before anyone picks up a tool.
- Diagnosis first. The technician tests the equipment and finds the failed part before recommending anything, then explains what was found in plain words.
- Upfront price. You see the price before any work begins, with no hidden fees. The diagnostic fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
- Repair and check. After the repair, the system or appliance is run and checked. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty, and parts keep the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Satisfaction guaranteed. If something is not right, we make it right.
What else you can count on
- Same-day service available. Call before noon and same-day service is usually possible.
- Price match guarantee. We’ll beat any written quote.
- 10% senior and military discount. Ask when you book.
- Financing for installations and replacements.
- Phone support 24/7, so you can describe the problem and get on the schedule at any hour.
