East Bay Climate Experts provides HVAC and appliance service in a deliberately small part of the East Bay: San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Castro Valley, plus the unincorporated neighborhoods of Ashland and Cherryland next to them. Everything is run from our office at 699 Lewelling Blvd in San Leandro, and every service we offer, from furnace and AC repair to duct work and appliance repair, is available across the whole area.

Shorter drive times. Our technicians spend less time on the road between calls. When the jobs are a short drive apart, appointment windows stay tighter and a technician can get to a no-heat or no-cooling call sooner.

The weather here
The climate is mild, but it is not the same everywhere in the area. Neighborhoods near the bay get cool, foggy mornings, and homes farther inland in Castro Valley usually have warmer summer afternoons. Across the area the warmest days tend to come in late summer and early fall, which is when air conditioners that sat idle for months suddenly run all afternoon. Heating season runs mostly from November to March. That pattern is why we suggest an AC tune-up in spring and furnace maintenance in the fall.
